What is Havani’s return policy?


HAVANI offers a fourteen-day return window beginning on the day your order is delivered. Returns are accepted only for unused, unworn, and undamaged items in their original packaging. All items must include their accessories, tags, boxes, pouches, certificates, and any gift-with-purchase items.

Some items are not eligible for return, including earrings, personalized items, engraved items, made-to-order pieces, and final-sale products.

How do I start a return?


To request a return, email returns@havaniny.com within fourteen days of receiving your order. All returns require approval before being shipped back.

If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return label. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

What items cannot be returned?


Some items are not eligible for return. These include personalized items, engraved items, custom orders, limited-edition pieces, clearance items, gift cards, and earrings for hygiene reasons.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?


If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within forty-eight hours of delivery with clear photos. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or further assistance.

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.

Do you offer exchanges?

Exchanges are possible if inventory is available. The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return your item first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.

If an exchange cannot be completed, a refund may be issued instead.

When will I receive my refund?


Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to ten business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Do you accept international or EU returns?
