How It Works
1. Apply
Submit your application and select the social platform(s) you’ll be promoting on.
2. Get Approved
Once approved, you’ll gain access to your affiliate dashboard, tools, and onboarding resources.
3. Create & Share
Post content featuring Havani pieces using your unique affiliate link, in a way that feels natural to your style.
4. Earn
Earn commissions on qualifying sales and receive bi-weekly payouts based on performance.
To keep our partner community positive, transparent, and rewarding, affiliates are asked to meet the following requirements:
Consistent Posting
Share a minimum of two (2) posts per month on the platform(s) you registered under, within each 30-calendar-day period.
Public Account Visibility
Your affiliate social media account must remain public for review, tracking, and performance evaluation.
Monthly Performance Standard
Affiliates are required to maintain a minimum of two (2) qualifying sales per calendar month to remain active.
Brand Representation
Content should accurately reflect Havani products and align with our values of quality, elegance, and authenticity.
All affiliate content must be submitted for review and written approval by Havani prior to being published.
Content that is posted without prior approval may be removed and may result in compliance action.
Approval helps ensure:

FTC Disclosure Compliance
All promotional content must clearly disclose the affiliate relationship (for example: “Paid partnership with Havani” or “I earn a commission from qualifying purchases”).
Account Maintenance
Affiliates are responsible for keeping profile and payment information up to date within the affiliate portal.

Commissions are paid bi-weekly and are calculated based on approved, completed, and non-refunded sales. Returned, disputed, or fraudulent orders are excluded.

Approved submission methods and timelines will be provided upon acceptance into the program. Partners are responsible for allowing sufficient time for review before their intended posting date.
Yes. Havani reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at its discretion for non-compliance, brand misalignment, or violation of program terms.
