Partner Requirements

To keep our partner community positive, transparent, and rewarding, affiliates are asked to meet the following requirements:

Consistent Posting
Share a minimum of two (2) posts per month on the platform(s) you registered under, within each 30-calendar-day period.

Public Account Visibility
Your affiliate social media account must remain public for review, tracking, and performance evaluation.

Monthly Performance Standard
Affiliates are required to maintain a minimum of two (2) qualifying sales per calendar month to remain active.

Brand Representation
Content should accurately reflect Havani products and align with our values of quality, elegance, and authenticity.

Content Approval

All affiliate content must be submitted for review and written approval by Havani prior to being published.

Content that is posted without prior approval may be removed and may result in compliance action.

How often am I required to post?

Partners are required to publish a minimum of two (2) approved posts per month, within each 30-calendar-day period, on the platform(s) they registered under.

Do my social media accounts need to be public?

Yes. All affiliate social media accounts must remain public at all times to allow for content review, performance tracking, and ongoing program evaluation.

Is there a minimum sales requirement?

Yes. To remain active in the program, affiliates must maintain a minimum of two (2) qualifying sales per calendar month.

How and when are commissions paid?

Commissions are paid bi-weekly and are calculated based on approved, completed, and non-refunded sales. Returned, disputed, or fraudulent orders are excluded.

A valid payment method must be on file to receive payouts.

How do I track my sales and earnings?

Once approved, you’ll receive access to your affiliate dashboard, where you can monitor clicks, sales, and commission activity in real time.

Do I need to include FTC disclosures in my content?

Yes. All promotional content must clearly disclose the affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC guidelines. Disclosures must be visible and easy to understand.

Examples include:

Disclosures may not be hidden in hashtags, comments, or profile bios alone.

Can I promote Havani on multiple platforms?

You may promote Havani only on the platform(s) you registered under. Any additional platforms must be approved in advance.

Accounts are reviewed regularly. Failure to meet posting, performance, disclosure, approval, or account-origin requirements may result in suspension, termination from the program, or cancellation of pending commissions.

High-quality, authentic content that feels natural to your audience performs best. Lifestyle, styling, and storytelling content is encouraged, provided it aligns with brand standards and has been approved prior to posting.

How do I submit content for approval?

Approved submission methods and timelines will be provided upon acceptance into the program. Partners are responsible for allowing sufficient time for review before their intended posting date.

Can my partnership be terminated?

Yes. Havani reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at its discretion for non-compliance, brand misalignment, or violation of program terms.
